My Style
I would describe my style as a blend of photojournalistic and traditional. I prefer a timeless look, so that your photos will be relevant and appreciated in years to come.
My Approach
For wedding photography, I would love to spend some time getting to know you both as a couple. The best way to do this is to do an engagement session together. Afterward, if you choose me to capture the moments of your special day, the cost of the engagement session will be applied toward the cost of a full day wedding package.
Biography
I am originally from Michigan and attended college in Detroit for Digital Cinema. I, then, transferred to the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and entered a degree program in industrial design with a focus in special effects.
I moved to Los Angeles five years ago to pursue a career in Special Effects Makeup. I have been fortunate to work on many major films including The Avengers, Iron Man, Spider Man, Robocop, Terminator, and more. I also, worked on many television commercials, along with video game displays for international conventions like ComicCon.
I have always had a passion for photography and, in recent years, have been pursuing it as a full time career.
Hobbies
When I am not shooting photography, climbing in the Eastern Sierras, descending the canyons of the San Gabriels, and running marathons.
I am also a huge animal lover and have volunteered at wildlife centers treating various species native to Califonia, including birds of prey, rodents, and marine wildlife.
Gear List
I shoot with top of the line Canon camera equipment. I shoot 100% digital with the most current Canon DSLR cameras on the market. I use professional series Canon EOS 5D Mark III and my backup is the 6D. And a collection of L Series Lenses. I bring backup equipment to every wedding along with studio lighting and flash equipment.
